Maria is an artist & experienced executive in Telecom Industry with BFA from Corcoran School of Art & Design.  Maria draws inspiration from personal memories and experiences in her work. Her artwork has been showcased in exhibitions internationally, in the US, Germany, Ecuador, Bosnia and Croatia.
She is the founder of Projekt Postcard, a global art initiative to expand children's vision beyond the limits of their own cultural boundaries and to promote unity through art.
Projekt Postcard’s art installations have been exhibited in Bosnia, Croatia, Dulles International Airport, VA, and the International Space Station.
Maria is a co-founder of the Space for Art Foundation, which unites a planetary community of children through the awe and wonder of space exploration and the healing power of art.
